All you have to do is grab the mobile phone in which the SIM for which you want to disable the service is inserted and open the dialer, that is, the screen where you dial phone numbers.
At this point, call up the numeric keypad by pressing the appropriate icon, compose the code * 112 # and presses the button to start the call.
Carry out these simple operations in a few seconds you will see a message on your mobile phone indicating that the procedure by which to disable "I searched for you" by Tre has been successful.
Keep in mind that in case of number portability the service I searched for Three is active both on the temporary SIM and on the one on which the requested number will be transferred. As an alternative to the procedure I have just indicated you can turn off I've been looking for you Three by getting in touch with the customer service of the famous operator, either via the switchboard or via social networks, or by using the special functions accessible directly from the app 3 Customer Area per iPhone, Android e Windows Phone.
If you want to get in touch with a Tre operator via the switchboard, call the 133 from your phone and first presses the button corresponding to the option "to continue" (which should be the 2) for two consecutive times and then on the one corresponding to the option to discover i details of the offer signed (which should be the1). Do not enter your phone number or other sensitive information, this is a public message. Within a few minutes, Tre's support account will become your follower and will enable you to continue the discussion privately (where you'll get all the answers you need).
- Facebook - if you prefer to use Facebook, connect to the official page of Three Cities and press the button first Contact us which is on the top right and then on that Facebook login present on the page that opens. Then log in with your Facebook account to access the online Tre assistance services, enter yours cellphone number and insertion il code of confirmation which is delivered to you via SMS. When the operation is complete, put the check mark next to the item Accept, presses the buttons Confirm code e write your request and type your message in the appropriate text field. In case of second thoughts, to reactivate "I looked for you" by Tre all you have to do is dial the code * 111 # on the numeric keypad of your mobile phone, press the button to start the call and wait for the confirmation message to be shown on the screen indicating that the service has been reactivated.
Also in this case, if the message confirming the reactivation of the service does not appear or if you want to have further confirmation of the fact that the procedure has actually been successful, dial the code * 113 # on the numeric keypad of your mobile phone and initiate a phone call. Once this is done, after a few seconds you will be shown a message on the screen indicating the activation status of the service.
