From the dictionary options menu, you can choose whether to use all the vocabularies together, to give priority to one or another or to deactivate some of them.
      As you can see, Lingoes remains in the background and is visible from the icon at the bottom right. By right clicking on it you can activate the word capture on the screen and the translation on selection. In the options you can configure, among other things, various hotkeys, how to capture words and whether to start Lingoes when the computer is turned on or not.

      For website translation, you can use Chrome with the Google Translate extension, in a direct and very effective way.
