Disable Vodafone options via the Do it yourself area
If you prefer to disable Vodafone options through the Do-it-yourself area of the operator's website, that is the area of the famous operator's website through which customers can manage everything concerning their SIM directly online, the first thing you need to do is to do is to click here to linked to the main page of Vodafone.com.
Once the web page is displayed, presses the green button Log in located at the top right and enter the login data relating to your Vodafone account by completing the fields Inserisci username e Enter password. Then press the button Log in. If you do not have access data to the DIY area of the Vodafone site because you have not yet registered, you can easily fix it by pressing the black button Subscribe instead of on the button Log in, filling in the fields displayed with the requested data and following the simple wizard that is shown on the screen.
Then wait a few moments for your personal area on Vodafone.com to be shown, then press on the voice Active promotions annexed to the section Your SIM. On the new page that will open, press the button + placed next to the item Options and promotions, then locate the Vodafone option you wish to deactivate and click on the button Manage o Modification which is placed next to it. Proceed by following the instructions shown on the screen to confirm your desire to deactivate the service.
If you can't find the Vodafone option you want to disable in the section Options and promotions try to take a look into that Base rate. Once you have identified the Vodafone option to be deactivated, click on the button Manage o Modification placed on the side then click on the button Confirmation in such a way as to confirm your willingness to deactivate Vodafone options.
For example, if you want to opt out Smart Passport, find the option name in the section Base rate, click on the purple button Manage placed on the side then click on the item click here present in the new web page that is shown to you. Then confirm your desire to deactivate the option in question.
After carrying out the procedure for deactivating Vodafone options, you should receive a reply SMS on your mobile number indicating that the procedure was actually successful.
Disable Vodafone options using the My Vodafone app
Another way to disable Vodafone options is to use the My Vodafone app. This is the official application of the telephone company through which you can keep all the details concerning your number under control, add additional services or, precisely, deactivate them.
To disable Vodafone options using the My Vodafone app, the first thing you need to do is download the application to your device. If you have already downloaded the app on your smartphone or tablet you can go directly to reading the next paragraph, otherwise proceed as follows. To download the My Vodafone app, press the app store icon available on your smartphone or tablet, type my vodafone in the displayed search field and presses Submit on the keyboard visible on the screen. Then, select the app with the icon depicting the operator logo from the list that is shown to you and then press the button to download and install it on your device. The My Vodafone application is available for devices iOS, for devices Android and for devices Windows Phone.
Now start the My Vodafone app on your device by pressing on its icon and then tap on the button depicting three horizontal lines located at the top right and choose the item Offers already active attached to the menu that is shown to you. Then press on the arrow placed next to the item Options and promotions then identify the Vodafone promotion you intend to deactivate and press the button Manage placed below. Then, follow the simple instructions visible on the screen to confirm your willingness to complete the procedure by which to disable Vodafone options.
If you can't find the Vodafone option you want to disable in the section Options and promotions take a look at the section Base rate. Once you have identified the Vodafone option to be deactivated, click on the button Manage on the side then follow the instructions visible on the screen to confirm your willingness to complete the procedure by which to disable Vodafone options.
Subsequently, you should receive a reply SMS on your mobile number indicating that the procedure for deactivating Vodafone options has been successful.

Another way to deactivate Vodafone options is to call Vodafone's toll-free number 42070 which, in fact, allows you to obtain information on active services and to proceed with their possible deactivation.
To disable Vodafone options, proceed as follows. Grab the smartphone in which the SIM you intend to act on is inserted, enter the number 42070 on the numeric keypad of the same and presses the button to start a phone call. Keep in mind that the sequence of keys to press to disable this or that option is subject to constant variation. So try to listen carefully to what the recorded voice says and choose the key that actually corresponds to the action you want to take.
When the call has started, listen to the instructions of the voice guide to find out which number to press on the numeric keypad to proceed with the deactivation of the service or services in relation to which you intend to act.
Afterwards, wait for the receipt of a reply SMS on the mobile number for which you have proceeded to deactivate Vodafone options.
Deactivate Vodafone options through customer service
