Deactivate the Sky Go Plus service

To proceed with the deactivation of the Sky Go Plus service, then connected to this page of the Sky website, click on the item Choose an option located in the section 1) Select one of the most frequent requests and select the option Gestire l'abbonamento in the drop-down menu that opens.

I remind you that the call is not free, as it costs 0,15 euro per minute from a fixed network, while from a mobile network it has a cost that varies according to the rate applied by your operator.



Cancel Sky

In addition to Sky Go Plus, do you also want to renounce all the other services included in your Sky subscription by canceling them? Well, in this case all you have to do is download the appropriate form from the pay TV website and forward it to the address indicated therein.

You can cancel Sky completely free of charge only if 14 days have not yet passed since the signing of the contract and if you have signed the same outside the company's business premises. If you cancel at the natural expiry or in advance, however, you will incur the payment of some deactivation contributions (which generally consist of a few tens of euros) and, in the case of early withdrawal, in the payment of a sum equal to the bonuses referred to you have enjoyed.

Another aspect to which I invite you to pay close attention concerns the timely return of equipment you received on loan for use. If you were to neglect this aspect, in fact, you could incur the payment of rather "high" penalties. Don't tell me I didn't warn you, huh ?!

Cancellation within the first 14 days

If you have signed the Sky contract outside the company's business premises - then online or by phone - and you have done so from less than 14 days, you can assert yours right to reconsider and cancel your subscription completely free of charge.

To do this, you must first download the appropriate form to be sent to Sky to cancel the subscription: then connect to the Sky website and click on the link Sky, Sky and Fastweb - Satellite contract if you have subscribed to a Sky or Sky and Fastweb subscription, or click on the link TIM Sky contract - fiber or ADSL if you have subscribed to a TIM and Sky subscription.



After that, click on the link Withdrawal form within the first 14 days of activation and, if the download of the PDF file does not start automatically, download it manually by clicking on the symbol arrow or on that of floppy disk that you find in the browser in use.

After downloading the form to make the cancellation, print it, fill it in all its parts, sign it and send it by registered letter with return receipt to the address indicated therein.

To proceed with the cancellation of your Sky or Sky and Fastweb contract, send the form by registered letter with return receipt to the following address, together with your valid identity document.

To cancel your TIM Sky contractinstead, send the form together with your valid identity document to the following address (always by registered letter with return receipt).

In any case, remember to promptly return the Sky equipment in your possession, so as not to pay penalties or other additional costs. Cancellation on expiry

To cancel Sky at the natural expiration of the contract, you must submit your request at least 30 days before the contract comes to its conclusion, in such a way as to prevent its renewal for a further year.


Also in this case, to proceed with the cancellation, download the cancellation form by connecting to the Sky website and click on the link Sky or Sky and Fastweb - Satellite contract if you have signed a Sky or Sky and Fastweb contract or on the link TIM Sky contract - fiber or ADSL if you have signed a TIM Sky contract.


Then, on the page that opens, click on the link Cancellation form upon expiry of the contract and, if the automatic download of the PDF file does not start, download it manually by clicking on the icon arrow or on that of floppy disk.

After downloading the form necessary to forward your request to Sky, print it and fill it out in its entirety. Then send it to the address you find indicated in it, remembering to also attach your valid identity document.

If you want to cancel yours Sky or Sky and Fastweb contract, send the completed form by registered letter with return receipt to the following address.

If you cancel at the natural expiry of the Sky contract you will be required to pay 11,53 euros as deactivation costs. In order not to incur the payment of penalties or other ancillary costs, also remember to promptly return the Sky equipment in your possession.

Early termination

If you decide to do the Sky cancellation in advance, You must pay 11,53 € like deactivation costs "Standard" plus the payment of any additional sum calculated on the basis of the discounts you have benefited from.

Also in this case, to proceed with the cancellation, connected to the Sky website, click on the link Sky, Sky and Fastweb - Satellite contract or on the link TIM Sky contract - fiber or ADSL and, on the page that opens, click on the link Withdrawal form beyond the first 14 days. If the download of the PDF file does not start automatically, click on the symbol of arrow or on that of floppy disk in order to download it manually.

Then print the downloaded form, fill it in carefully in its entirety, sign it and send it by registered letter with return receipt to the address indicated therein (together with a valid identity document).

Then remember to promptly return the equipment you received on loan for use, so as not to have to pay the rather "high" fees that are imposed by Sky on non-compliant users.

Return of Sky equipment

If you have decided to renounce your Sky subscription (and not just the Sky Go Plus additional service) by canceling, remember to return the equipment you received on loan for use no later than 30 days after closing the contract.

The equipment must be returned to one of the Sky Service authorized for withdrawal. To find the one closest to you, connected to the Sky website, type your address in the text field enter address and click sul bottone Search.

If you fail to return your equipment in time, you will be forced to pay the following penalties (based on the non-returned devices in your possession): 21,00 € for failure to return the SD Decoder, 75,00 € for failure to return the HD Decoder, 150,00 € for failure to return the MySky HD Decoder e 30,00 € for failure to return the remote control, the Smart Card and the power supplies.
